Well, okay. But I've had a ticket thrown out because the officer didn't show up. And another was waived because the time was written wrong on the ticket. (This was in my wild-and-crazy parking days. Ever since being booted, I don't mess with the traffic cops. They are the boss of me and I readily admit it.)
